I worked in Business Travel and WEB applications area.
In WEB applications area, I did web design and front-end development mainly with React, Bootstrap, CSS, Sass, JavaScript Vanilla.Also, I was doingproject management, CMS management (Wordpress), implementation of online marketing actions, digital strategy and SEO.
In Business Travel area, I supported multinational travel agencies in the migration of their
corporate customers from AeTM to Cytric Travel & Expense, coordinating the project
set-up, the implementation and the kick off, as well as the integration of external tools in
the OBT.
In addition, I did trainings to both commercial teams and the end customer.
Moreover, I did migrations, configurations and set-ups for UMBRELLA - FACES tool,
a profile management system, as well as, the connections to differents GDS and external
platforms.
I have worked as external resource on different projects to eDreams Odigeo, Avoris Travel, BCD Travel, American Express GBT, Globalia Corporate Travel, Travel Air, IAG7, VIAP, AVIBA y AVASA.

In logistic area I was responsible for informatic material and phone buying, inventory and
invoicing. I was as well on charge of management and coordination of new office
openings, office relocations and closures. Also, I supported the call center team on resolution of
some issues and on opening tickets to the IT team. I was active on meetings for achieve new
commercial agreements with hardware and software providers.
I also assisted corporate agencies on doing new implementations and attending issues of
their customers with Amadeus e-Travel Management (AeM) tool.
